Lallemand Health Solutions Appoints Vincent Thomas, Ph.D. as R&D Innovation Director

Vincent Thomas, Ph.D., is joining Lallemand Health Solutions as R&D Innovation Director. Mr. Thomas will start his new position on December 5 and report to Sylvie Binda, Vice-President R&D.

“We are very pleased that Mr. Thomas has accepted to come raise to new challenges in our multidisciplinary R&D team. His double competence as pharmacist and microbiologist, his cytometry and microbiota skills and various work experience both in the public and private sectors will be a real added value to our management team,” conveys Sylvie Binda, Vice-President R&D at Lallemand Health Solutions.

Mr. Thomas’ thesis and post-doctorate focused on the study of interactions between free-living amoebae in the environment and different types of micro-organisms. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy by training and a Ph.D. in Microbial Ecology and has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles dealing with the various topics he addressed during his carrier.
